Consular Section of the Embassy The Consular section is open for public on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10.00 till 13.00 (except on public holidays of Belgium and Estonia). Appointment is recommended and can be booked in advance by e-mail KonsulBru@mfa.ee , by phone +32 2 779 07 55 or on the internet. NB! Consular services are available in Luxembourg on Friday, September 10 from 12.30 to 13.30 at the Estonian Honorary Consulate (10, rue Willy Goergen, L-1636 Luxembourg). Consular services Consular services are public services provided by a consular officer in the embassy, in order to protect the interests and rights of the Estonian state, Estonian nationals and Estonian legal persons. State fees are charged in accordance with the State Fees Act (payments in cash or by bank transfer - see bank requisites on Riigilõivu tasumine).
