25 BEST DESIGNED ESTONIAN BOOKS OF 2006

The book exhibition at the Estonian Embassy in Brussels presents 25 best designed Estonian books of 2006. The organizes of the 2006 competition of the 25 best designed books are Estonian Society of Graphic Designers, Estonian Publisher's Association and National Library of Estonia. 143 books from 68 publishing houses, published in 2006, designed and illustrated by Estonian artists, competed this year. The jury took into consideration the design's harmony with contents, the level of design and illustrations, the materials used as well as the printing quality.
The purpose of these competitions is to value well designed books as a part of our intellectual culture.
The exhibition will be opened till the end of April (during working days 15.00-17.00).
